By registering for the vapepurchase.com partner programme (the „Programme”) you agree to accept these terms (the „Terms of use”).
vapepurchase.com reserves the right to update and amend these General Terms at any time without prior notice. Any new feature that improves or extends the Programme, including adding new tools or resources, will be subject to these terms. Further use of the Programme after such changes means you accept them.
If these terms are breached we delete your account and revoke all unpaid commissions earned during the breach. You agree to use the Partner Programme at your own risk.
To take part in the Partner Programme you must be at least 18 years old.
To take part in the programme you must live in Europe.
You must be a natural person. Registrations through automated systems or „bots” aren’t allowed.
You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address and other necessary information to complete registration.
Login details may only be used by one person. Sharing login details between several people isn’t permitted.
You’re responsible for the security of your account and password. vapepurchase.com accepts no liability for damage resulting from a breach of security rules.
You’re responsible for everything you publish and for activity on your profile.
You may not use the Partner Programme for illegal or unauthorised purposes. You must not breach local laws, including copyright law.
You may not use the Partner Programme to sell vapepurchase.com products for personal use.
Once you join the Partner Programme you’ll receive a unique partner link. You’re entitled to place links, banners or graphics on your website, in emails or other messages containing your partner code. We provide guidelines, link styles and graphics to help promote vapepurchase.com. We may change the design of the graphics at any time, but won’t change their size without prior notice.
To ensure accurate tracking and calculation of commissions we provide special link formats that must be used in all links between your website and vapepurchase.com. Links that use these formats correctly are called „special links”. You’ll only earn commission on sales that result from purchases of vapepurchase.com products through these special links.
To be eligible for commission, the product purchase must happen through your unique partner link. You earn commissions only for links that can be tracked and are registered in our system. Commissions aren’t paid for purchases that couldn’t be tracked.
You receive payments once your commission exceeds 40 lei (BGN) or 20 euro (EUR). If your partner profile doesn’t reach this threshold, the commission isn’t paid out.
You may not publish press releases or claim to be an official partner of vapepurchase.com unless you’ve received approval. You may not misrepresent your relationship with vapepurchase.com.
You may not buy products through partner links for personal use.
Participation in the programme is conditional on accepting and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules relating to marketing, electronic communication and other relevant areas.
This contract takes effect once your application is accepted and remains valid until either party terminates it. Either party may terminate the contract at any time without giving reasons by notifying the other party in writing.
vapepurchase.com may end the programme at any time. After the programme ends you must remove all links and advertising materials from your website and stop using our trademarks and logos.
We accept no liability for indirect, special or consequential damage arising in connection with this agreement or the programme. Our total liability may not exceed the total amount of commissions paid to you under this contract.
All disputes must be submitted to arbitration, except cases relating to infringement of intellectual property rights, where we may take legal action in court.
