Do you not have an account?
You can check the status of your order even if you are not signed in to a customer account. The lookup by order number and e-mail address works independently of an account and gives you the same information about how far your order has got. Can you no longer find your order number? Then please look in your e-mail inbox first — including the spam or promotions folder. If the confirmation e-mail is not there either, or if you have questions about your shipment, feel free to Contact us and have your order number, your name and the delivery address ready if you can. What the individual shipment statuses mean
- Processing: your order has reached us and is being prepared. Processing normally takes 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri).
- Dispatched: your parcel has left our warehouse and been handed to the carrier. From that moment you receive your tracking number by e-mail, which also lets you follow the shipment on www.17track.net.
- In transit: the parcel is in the carrier’s network on its way to you.
- Out for delivery: the parcel is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered that day.
- Delivered: the shipment has been handed over at the address given and the order is complete.
Please note: after dispatch it can take 1–2 working days before the first status data becomes visible in the carrier’s system. The tracking number is therefore already assigned even though the display initially stays empty.
How long delivery takes depends on the destination: inside Hungary it is normally 3–7 working days from our warehouse in Budapest, and 5–10 working days in the rest of Europe. You will find a full overview by country and carrier on our Shipping information page.
