Partnership programme: conditions of participation

The vapepurchase.com partnership programme is aimed at operators of websites, blogs, newsletters and social media channels who want to promote products from our range and earn a commission for doing so. On this page you will find the binding conditions of participation. Please read them in full before you register. Consent

By registering for the vapepurchase.com partnership programme (referred to below as the “Programme”), you agree to accept the conditions set out below (referred to below as the “Terms of use”).

vapepurchase.com reserves the right to update and amend these Terms of use at any time and without prior notice. Any new feature that improves or extends the Programme — including the addition of new tools or resources — is subject to these conditions. If you continue to use the Programme after such a change, that counts as acceptance of the amended conditions.

If these conditions are breached, we will delete your account and reclaim all commissions you earned during the breach that have not yet been paid out. You agree to use the partnership programme at your own risk.

Please review the Terms of use at regular intervals so that you are aware of the current version. What applies is always the version published on this page.

Before every publication, therefore, check whether your links, banners and other promotional materials comply with the requirements of these conditions. That way you avoid a single incorrect link casting doubt on your entire commission statement.

Profile conditions

The following personal requirements apply to participation in the partnership programme. They are the basis for activating your partner profile and for any later payout of commissions.

  • You must be at least 18 years old. Our products are sold exclusively to people aged 18 and over, and we expect the same age limit in your advertising.
  • You must be resident in Europe.
  • You must be a natural person. Registrations by automated systems or “bots” are not permitted.
  • When registering you must provide your full legal name, a valid e-mail address and all other required details in order to complete the registration.
  • The login details may be used by one person only. Sharing access between several people is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and your password. vapepurchase.com accepts no liability for damage arising from a breach of the security requirements.
  • You are responsible for everything you publish, and for all activity that takes place through your profile.
  • You may not use the partnership programme for unlawful or unauthorised purposes. The applicable local legislation — including copyright rules — must be observed.
  • You may not use the partnership programme to sell vapepurchase.com products for your own use.

Links and promotional materials

When you join the partnership programme you receive an individual partner link. You are entitled to place links, banners and graphics on your website, in e-mails or in other messages that contain your partner code. We provide you with guidance, link styles and graphics to support you in promoting vapepurchase.com. We may change the design of the graphics at any time; we will not change the size of the graphics without prior notice.

To ensure accurate tracking and calculation of commissions, we provide special link formats that must be used in every link between your website and vapepurchase.com. We refer to links that use these formats correctly as “Special links”. You will only receive a commission for sales that come about through correctly used Special links as part of a purchase of vapepurchase.com products.

The Special links are therefore the basis of the entire commission statement: only if a purchase is made through an unaltered Special link and is recorded in our system can it be matched to your profile. Please therefore avoid your own link shorteners, redirects or intermediate pages that could interrupt tracking. Purchases that are not recorded in this way cannot be remunerated.

You may use the banners and graphics we provide exclusively for promoting vapepurchase.com and the products in our range. Use outside that promotion is not intended. When the Programme ends, this right of use also ends and you remove the materials from your pages.

Commissions and payouts

A prerequisite for a commission claim is that the product purchase is made through your individual partner link. You will only receive commissions for links that can be tracked and are registered in our system. No commission is paid for purchases that could not be tracked.

You receive a payout once your commission exceeds the threshold of €20 or 40 BGN. If your partner profile does not reach this threshold, the commission is not paid out.

Presenting vapepurchase.com as a partner

You may not publish press releases, and you may not claim to be an official partner of vapepurchase.com unless you have received approval to do so. It is likewise not permitted to misrepresent your relationship with vapepurchase.com.

You may not buy products through your partner links for your own use.

Compliance with laws

Participation in the Programme is conditional on you acknowledging and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules relating to marketing, electronic communication and other relevant areas.

Contract term

This agreement takes effect when your application is accepted and remains valid until either party terminates it. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time and without giving reasons by written notice to the other party.

Termination

vapepurchase.com is entitled to end the Programme at any time. After the Programme ends you must remove all links and promotional materials from your website and stop using our trademarks and logos.

Liability and limitation of liability

We accept no liability for indirect, special or consequential damage arising in connection with this agreement or with the Programme. Our total liability is limited to the sum of the commissions paid to you under this agreement.

Arbitration

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement must be submitted to arbitration. Excepted are cases involving infringement of intellectual property rights; in those cases we may take legal steps before a court.
