Order processing, delivery and response times
We normally process orders within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday. As soon as your shipment is on its way you receive a tracking number by e-mail, which lets you follow the delivery step by step. Our customer service gets back to you within 24 hours on return requests; for unopened goods a 7-day return window applies. Orders from €110 (40,000 Ft) ship free of charge; below that we charge €7.40 (2,700 Ft) for shipping.
