Welcome to our website. Because e-cigarettes and the products that go with them are intended exclusively for adults, we apply strict age-verification measures. That is how we comply with the rules governing the sale of e-cigarettes and make sure our products are not supplied to minors. Please take a moment to read our age policy and the rules we follow. The eight points below apply to every order, whether you are shopping in our store or contacting our customer service. Further information about the contractual relationship is set out in our Terms & conditions.

To buy e-cigarettes and related products through our website you must have reached the age of 18. If you are not yet 18, you are not entitled to purchase our products. We ask you to refrain from ordering in that case — including where you intend to order the item not for yourself but for someone else. What counts is solely the age of the person placing the order.

Falsifying your age in order to buy an e-cigarette is unlawful and can lead to legal sanctions. We take every attempt to circumvent the purchase of products by minors seriously. It can have legal consequences and can lead to access to our website being blocked. Where there are concrete indications of age falsification, we reserve the right to take further steps.

Buying e-cigarettes or related products in the name of a minor is expressly prohibited. This also covers any attempt to acquire products for underage persons, as well as orders that are recognisably aimed at third parties under 18. A breach of this policy has legal consequences and leads to cancellation of the order concerned.

To make sure the legal minimum age is observed, we use an age-verification system. This process may require you to confirm your age. In doing so we do not collect any further personal data, only the information necessary to prove age. How we handle that information is explained in our Privacy policy. Customers are themselves responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details they provide and must ensure that they meet all requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we cannot confirm the legal age of the person buying, or if the relevant proof is not provided in time. This right ensures that we do not breach any applicable rules and that we sell our products responsibly. If payment has already been made, we will refund it under the conditions on our Returns & refunds page.

We are committed to preventing sales to minors. To that end we use an established age-control system that helps ensure that only people who meet the legal age requirements can buy our products. Our staff are instructed to request confirmation of age in case of doubt and not to fulfil orders where there are well-founded doubts. Age checks may also be provided for at the point of handover by the delivery service.

Because of the particular nature of online selling, our website reserves the right to refuse service to individual customers. If you consider such a refusal unfounded, you can contact us through our customer service to object or to request further information about the reasons for the refusal. We will review your objection and let you know the outcome.

All products on our website are intended exclusively for people who have reached the age of 18. The purchase of e-cigarettes and related products by people under 18 is prohibited. We also point out expressly that e-cigarettes are not harmless products: they usually contain nicotine and are intended for adults who already smoke or vape and are considering a switch. Please keep our products out of the reach of children and young people.

If you have questions or need further support with our age policy, please contact our customer service. We are happy to answer your questions about age verification and to explain which details are needed in an individual case. An overview of our answers to common questions is available under FAQ, and every way to reach us directly is collected on our Contact page.
