Orders that come in at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the following working day. As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, we send you an e-mail with your order number and your tracking number.<\/p>\n Our warehouse in Hungary is in Budapest. We also hold part of our range in an overseas warehouse. Which warehouse your shipment comes from depends on the products you ordered and where they are available at the time you order. The overview further down shows, for each country, which carrier is used and what transit time to expect from each warehouse.<\/p>\n We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. How long delivery takes depends mainly on which warehouse it ships from and which country it is going to:<\/p>\n All figures refer to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and are counted from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivery can be delayed when order volumes are very high, around public holidays, or when the carrier or customs clearance needs more time. You will find the detailed transit times by country and region in the table at the end of this page.<\/p>\n Once your order has been dispatched we send you a tracking number by e-mail. You can use this number to follow your parcel on www.17track.net<\/a>. Please be patient: it can take 1\u20132 working days before the first status data appears in the carrier’s system. The number is already assigned right after dispatch, but the tracking display often only fills in after a short delay. Your tracking number is also a good thing to keep until the parcel arrives, so that you have every detail to hand if you need to ask us something.<\/p>\n You can also enter the order number from your confirmation e-mail on our Track your order<\/a> page at any time to check the processing status of your order. Once the parcel has been dispatched we can unfortunately no longer process a cancellation, a refund or an address change, because the parcel is already on its way to you. For smaller orders we charge shipping costs of \u20ac7.40 (2,700 Ft). Even on a free-shipping order there are no additional customs duties or taxes when the parcel is handed over \u2014 you pay exactly the amount you see in the basket and do not have to worry about unexpected costs.<\/p>\n Cash on delivery is our standard: you only pay when the parcel reaches you. The times given are based on experience; in an individual case the transit time can differ, for example around public holidays, at times of high parcel volumes, or if customs clearance takes longer.<\/p>\n The figures in the “China warehouse” column reflect the longer transport route and customs clearance on import; shipments from the European warehouse are correspondingly faster. If your country is not listed, or if you would like an estimate for your destination before you buy, just ask us \u2014 we are happy to check the current situation for you.<\/p>\n In countries and regions where we do not offer DDP shipping, VapePurchase still covers the applicable taxes, duties and customs clearance charges.
